The Spekman family

The genealogy of the Spekman family has not been very well developed yet. Relatives of ours have been working on the descendants of Barend Spekman, born around 1730 in 't Kalf (Noord-Holland). He has lots of them, they live in in Noord- and Zuid-Holland, Noord-Brabant and Utrecht.

In the provinces of Groningen and Drenthe, and even in Germany, the name is found also. These seem to be non-related families, but the work is still in progress, it's too early to tell.
